Hmmm
You are talking about the ACTUAL definition or YOUR definition? Because clearly I am ill educated when it comes to your DEFINITION.

I am sure you have taught your husband or BF well though😉

Yeah, the real definition that you seem unaware about.

You can start here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feminism

generalization is wrong...but if generalizing all men is wrong than why is generalizing females not wrong? and the movie does generalize women..and you are doing that too,not every woman claiming to be a feminist is a feminazi...may be she actually has an idea about true equality.Feminism is 'advocating women's rights on the basis of EQUALITY of the sexes'.
You know what unnerves me? the use of feminism as if it is a bad word,as if it does not advocate equality...the mention of 'women empowerment' in a mocking tone, terming people standing up for real issues as 'pseudo feminists'.
Why do we need movies that 'favours' a gender?

Agree with you. Infact I am not generalizing. I am not against FEMINISIM but against FEMINAZI and frankly speaking, I don't think I need to elaborate on the difference between the two. You are a feminist and quite civilised in the way you put forth your view. While 2 others are feminazis who shun you out if you do not follow them.

I am against them.

Rest I agree with you. We do not need such films, but such films are very entertaining and are quite refreshing. So no harm

^^but isn't the tone of the movie a generalizing one? I haven't seen this one but i know that the first part did generalize...the dialogues didn't refer to what those particular 3 girls did but rather to what every female in a relationship supposedly does.
So why is generalization against men a problem when generalizing females is entertaining?

Yeah the movie in general talks about women and how they generally create problems and stuff. See if they make a movie like this one which is fun from women's point of view then I'm sure I'll love that too. And this movie came as a breath of fresh air when all over the internet I see everyone blaming boys for everything :/

I have no problem with freedom of speech. But one shouldn't misuse it. As a female myself, I feel bad when people make fun of feminism because of certain hyperactive cases who do not respect the opposite gender at all but demand respect when it comes to them.

Lol .. tell me one thing .. do you write such big rants on internet about your guy friends when they flirt around with every woman in the world or when they make fun of certain women who they don't find attractive or when they just sit together and discuss nothing but every woman in town??? .. I am pretty sure you would have never done that .. you would probably be sitting with them and laughing at every downright whatever stuff they would talk. After all you want to appear kool enough to hang out with them. You are yourself a joke darling.

We all have guy friends and we all know that they can be real fun and nice and at the same time, we all have known some women who were probably a bit weird. But that in no way is a reason to generalize and shame every woman in a relationship. Do you want us to believe that all men in relationships are just creatures who do no wrong? .. But well funny enough no woman makes a movie showing a total mockery of every shit that a man would do in a relationship. If that kinda movie was ever released, you and your guy friends would bash it to hell, just to look kool.

TM , i have never interacted with you before but thank you so much for this thread .. ❤️

I LOVED PKP part 1 , looking forward to PKP part 2 .. ⭐️

As for your views being trashed here , i would have been surprised if it werent .. 😆 .. i do have my share of experience with feminism on this site .. 😆 .. long story short - i used to identify myself as hardcore feminist , thanks to this site - an eye opener in itself BTW , i abandoned my feminist identity & now I identify as an EQUALIST .. not much of a difference if you follow feminism in its correct form but given how twisted modern feminism can be/is with its varied definitions & multiple perceptions ranging from absurd to downright outrageous , i prefer to identify as an Equalist rather than a feminist .. 😊

Congrats!

And i am sure no one has a problem with this comment .. 😆 .. i wonder what would happen if i pass such a generalized statement about the women on this forum ?.. 😆 ..

The same member even went as far as making a matrimonial site out of this entertainment forum , listed the male members of this site & trashed them openly.. but i suppose modern feminism makes it all okay .. 😆
