The vehement feminists are imposing their own definitions on modern feminism.
How many films label men as tharkis and rapists and all the pseudos applaud them for portraying reality? Is that not generalizing?

Hell, films can't have a disclaimer at the end of every scene to appease feminazis. "All women are not like this".

What are female magazines all about anyway? "How men are such pigs." And then "Tips on how to attract those pigs."

Why are the feminists who are apparently batting for gender equality because that's what it's actually about, attacking the TM personally and so viciosuly?

Doesn't it defeat their own philosophy? So the TM is not allowed to have an opinion which is different from the feminazis?

TM is a girl ergo she must stick to the feminazi philosophy? What about #"Her choice"?

Why must she be called ill-educated and a man posing as a female? Take a long hard look at yourselves, girls. You're the reason women feel suffocated.

How many bahus in India hate their mother-in-law and how many hate their father-in-law? Is it the father-in-law or the mother-in-law that is most often implicated in dowry cases albeit the true ones before 498A. A lot of fake ones nowadays where entire families are arrested on unilateral unverified complaints.

I'm not surprised after reading the posts on this thread. Women are indeed women's worst enemies.

On topic, Ah idk. I ceebs. 😆 I didnt like the first one except that epic rant by the male lead in the middle of the film. If i do watch the second, itll only be if theres another similar rant scene.

My problem with the first one was pretty much that the guy got up one day and said ive had enough and made it seem like he had no fault at all. Not even that he barely said anything was wrong.

Ahh my favorite show and my favourite couple <3

I agree the movie is one dimensional as you and @sociallystins said but there are some issues it highlights that are right. The girl made so much hoopla when her boyfriend checked her phone and caught her chatting with another guy he had problems with while she made so much fuss when she had previously checked his mails and saw the messages his ex gf had sent previously.

Definitely the movie is against women but they have shown it in a funny way. No harm whatsoever. I enjoyed WATCHING it. That doesn't mean I agree to everything they have shown. Some guys are real arses and a lot of movies and shows are made on them. Isn't Crime Patrol and Savdhaan India full of those men? Now a movie shows a different thing so people have problem with that too?

Word 👏

You remind me so much of my two best friends. And yeah I am not trying to ACT KOOOL because they aren't on IF to read this 😆

It is amusing how these FEMININAZIS shun women out who do not subscribe to their ideas. They might not even know but guys these days respect women a lot (I am talking of educated boys of good families) but they have lost all respect for these FEMINAZIS who attack them for any word they say and who make them stand up from their seats in metros 😆 It is a small issue but why fight for gender equality when you youself prove that you are WEAK and have to make a guy stand from his seat? 😆.

And again, I am not GENERALIZING. I have some great girl friends who are really chilled out. But I know a lot who do nothing but bitch about their BFs behind their backs. So yes, I won't say that the movie did not show reality.

And again, this is MAAAHHH CHOICEEE MAAAHH LIFFEEE.😆

Respect my views.

@Golu.. Yes. I too found it funny. The part1. The famous one in youtube.. There can be a bit of balance too. Not that the world turned upside down because of it ..
I have a problem only in regular commercial movies, when the main lead behaves like empitome of goodness with respect to villain, but behaves like a rowdy to a girl, or women characters have no role but to wear bare minimum and dance in a song ...such scenes project the objectification or sexism in a politically correct way.

Same here. I could go on and on about KMHM. 😆

But they made her such a dumb naggy girlfriend too, she was every cliche in the book while the guy was good. Anyway, your opening post made me sorta curious about this one so I'll check it out someday.

Hahaha, so Golu got what she wanted. The men have arrived to cry manly tears with you and talk about how much they are lubing ju.

The most hilarious part is that your first comment on this thread was attacking women for being "feminazis" and how you are so thrilled that there is FINALLY a BW that favors men. When you got a reply for your embarrassing demeanor, now you and your new male friends here are crying victim and how other women are "attacking" you.

This descended into whines about women hating their in-laws and dowry cases against men. Boo hoo hoo, oh the long persecuted and oppressed men of India. Lets cry about the small percentage of cases that might be illegitimate instead of the millions that actually are honest.

Poor poor suffering men of India. Good thing you have the mindless Golus of India on your side who are just so cool and better than other women.

Because never mind the rapes and harassments and dowry culture. Never mind that women suffer way more from malnutrition and get much less schooling than men do. Never mind that women are paid less than men for the same work.

I mean let's deal with the REAL problems. How dare guys get called tharki!! How dare some woman somewhere allegedly made some guy get up on the subway?! And OMG, some girls just BITCH about their boyfriends all the time!!! Don't worry, have no fear, Golu is there to fight for your rights!!

Loved part 1,will definitely watch part 2.

And while misogyny in movies is a real issue, feminazis with their screechy, smug, condescending, self righteously intolerant views ,as evidenced in this thread itself, come across as the Shiv Sena version of feminism and do it no favours.
