The distributors and exhibitors (cinema owners) take the punt. If they lose money, movie is"declared" flop. if they 5 times more money its ATBB>

Sell all rights to recover the cost for th producer and then sell it to resonable price to distros provided they bring most no.screens on festive seasons.
