I'm guessing this will be more along the lines of Doosra Adami as opposed to KANK. Risky concept but if executed well it could be a great film. Except I'm afraid KJo would concentrate on aesthetics more than story.

yeh we r all thinking fawad is gonna play ash's husband who will die...but lets hope the story is something else...wud be nice to see fawad with anushka n ranbir too

Where is confirmed that Fawad is in this film or that he is opposite Ash?

Anyways if true I hope KJo rethinks...cuz Ash is already looking younger than Aaru. Fawad will look her Ash's dad. I suggest AbRam for Ash.

Fawad is in London for a charity event. I noticed many people on Twitter were assuming he is in the film. Apart from this tweet I can't see a confirmation from KJo anywhere.

I've just checked Doosra Adami's plot and it's damn interesting !

KJo's already said it's not a remake of Doosra Aadmi. I think people are assuming that since it has a younger couple and mature lady, Doosra Aadmi had a similar cast, story has to be the same. Before Kal Ho Na Ho released it was said to be a remake of Anand. Jab Tak Hain Jaan was said to be a remake of Daag. TWMR was said to be a remake of Mera Saaya. I don't think KJo would have denied the story was same as Doosra Aadmi only for it to turn out similar in the end. He would have just ignored the rumours.

And if I turn out to be wrong...oh well. 😆

Neither do I. Only supposed confirmation is from bollywoodlife. Thats not very reliable. Anyways looking at the schedules if indeed Fawad is doing a cameo in this film I doubt it will be Ash's husband and opposite her. She will be busy with Sarabjit shoot till end of the year. It looks like Ash herself has a supporting role in the film and wont shoot till next year for the film.
