8cr plus its a pretty good achievement to be honest ye 10cr would have been really but its a healthy start!!!! If the film trends from here it can go over the line despite of all the bad reviews.

So the question is who deserves the credit for the opening?

many on IF are saying kabir but its coz of katrin the people r flocking towards theatre,many people dnt evn knw kabir khan(at least not in hyderabad) whr i live.saif k bare me jitna kam bolo utna acha hai

Saif calling pakistan not trustworthy and all his film getting banned.it got full coverage

Before that Hafeez calling for a ban on Phantom..this got full coverage too.

No one paid any attention to what Saif said except the Pakistani media and on India-forums. Indian media is busy covering the Indrani Mukherjea case. And the less said about that bas***d Hafeez, the better.😡 I hope he rots in hell forever.🤢

The film is doing well because its a pro-India film focussing on a topic close to most Indian's hearts, the avenging of 26/11. And like it or not, Katrina is a factor in the opening of the film, she is extremely popular in India and people look forward to seeing her on-screen. Also, Kabir Khan is now a household name, thanks to another strongly pro-India film, Bajrangi Bhaijaan. People recognize that he makes films that glorify our country and our culture and are going out to support him in hordes.

Saif's statement has nothing to do with the good opening that the film got.

Kabir Khan . He is Wonderful and Fantastic Director .And After ETT , BB's HUGE SUCCESS People started trusting him regarding Content and Quality . After that Katrina is the reason forsure .

Indian media paid no attention to what pakistani stars said or thought
Only thing in media was dat d movie was banned in pak after saeed filed a petetion which gave it some publicity..
So hafiz saeed did it 😛
