KM made a good debut with Agneepath. It was a well made film. Brothers looks like too much gory action blood and sweat. Family audience will stay away. Also the music is such a downer.

Akki is loosing his steam on BO now. HE is now struggling to give even decent openings also.

Films like Special 26, Baby are cherished by a limited set of audience, niche audience, or what u call Pseudo Intellectuals, it isn't Accepted whole scenario if u see, mean Majority wise.

Akki can do those films, but when he does those & add same thing in films which shouldn't have anything 2 do with that art cinema, it spoils audience acceptance.

Like in 1 sond of Brother, he is so serious, while Akki is 1 who can make a hall laugh out loud with his cunning smiles n comic 1 liners...

His action, can make whole hall a stadium 2 cheer, now u present him in film like Baby where his entry is even Bigger Silent than Pushpak film... how will audience accept?/

Akki isn't made Big star on doing ART Films, he is BIG n had this position on Masala / entertaining films... u experiment it with audience, u get AVERAGE Result only.

Dude, you have a problem when masala movies are generalized but have no qualms in calling people who appreciate S26 as pesudo intellectuals. How convenient. I'm assuming movies like Wednesday, Khosla ka Ghosla, Swades, Haider, Omkara are pseudo films too, since they have a niche audience. Way to generalise and label stuff. Carry on. 😆
