She's been heavier (curvier) than this at the starting of her career but her face did not look like this. She's messed up her face shape and skin completely.

As I know, wrinkles will appear more when human being getting old especially while smiling and laughing, and mouth become more bigger because of lost of hormone. How come Katrina mouth became smaller while smiling and laughing, moreover no wrinkles appear on her nose, eyes (specially under eyes). Her chick more cubby here than now.
