SLB has moved away from costume dramas.Every single TV serial since HDDCS and Devdas is influenced by the two films.why should he fall back to what has been done for years.

See the difference between the Tamasha stills and Shandaar stills..Tamasha is brown,grainy,the characters look like they are well traveled ,sunburnt ...not stepped out of their vanity vans..

BM mein mitti ki khushboo hai..It will be real, earthy and the emotions will soar over the visuals ..which will be sweeping but not overwhelming.

I love the new SLB

War can happen anytime. They dont see muhraat or kundali before starting. They also don't see ke abhi morning hai noon hai or night.

They just fight.

Me too! Grainy, dark, sort of, n earthy!
