14. Saif Ali Khan was approached to play SRK's role, but he turned it down. Thus, SRK joined the DDLJ team. Imagine how the film would have looked like if Saif had played the lead!

Aamir was not offered DDLJ,DTPH and Mohabbatein...Aamir and yrf had a fall out so y will they offer him these films...Swades was offered to Aamir...guess Saajan was offered to him...dnt knw abt HAHK...Darr was first offered to Ajay and then Aamir...

Josh he did reject. And i also have my doubts about him being the first choice for HAHK.

This topic is a troll but I am glad it was opened. This talk of who rejected which role is a conversation I never see the point of having.

@TM: Yes, Aamir rejected the films out of the goodness of his heart. Bechare juniors ko mauka milna chahiye industry mein even though Salman was a pain on the sets of AAA and SRK wrongfully won FF over him. What a big heart this man has🤡

On a serious note, Aamir's script-sense is overrated. It's because Salman had a low phase in the 2000s and SRK has it now that he gets the respect he does. I would never blindly watch an Aamir Khan film trusting that it will be great like many around me do (I remember the gaalis he got for D3, gosh!). Proportionately speaking, he's made enough faux-pas. Less films means less bad scripts. But let's give credit where it's due, I do admire his process and guts. He started doing what he genuinely liked as a creative person very early on in his career.

There are some more films rejected by Aamir.

- Saudagar (Vivek Mushran's role)

- Nayak

-1942 A Love story

- Karan Arjun (yes he was. Rakesh Roshan confirmed it in an interview).

Aamir was not offered DDLJ, DTPH, Mohabbatein as he had massive fallout with YRF. HAHK was also not offered to him.

At least Aamir has done great movies in the last few years..giving us some of the great movies like rdb, tzp 3 idiot and pk.. Again no khans or actor has a great record of picking the best movies all the time.. Aamir has been just better than the rest specially in the last few years..I just think he gets bashed for doing good movies..when others specially salman and srk gets away with craps like above movies..
