As if those big banners were always that big. I'm in no way completely and absolutely informed about BW but itna to even I know that both Dharma and YRF were not that big back then and it was mutually beneficial for both SRK and these big banner prod houses.

Chopra had some flops in late 80s. That does not mean YRF was not huge.

Dharma was indeed not as huge as it became later.

^ But they were going through a rough patch with duds like parampara. Darr really gave them a new lease of life. It was beneficial for both SRK & YRF to collaborate. They didn't make SRK their blue eyed boy just for the heck of it 😆

@atominis: Yes that's true. YRF was always established. My point was both YRF & SRK mutually benefitted working with each other. Fair & Good. I still don't think SRK made a mistake working in Maya Memsaab, simply because it was an experiment . Oh well agree to disagree 😆

Neither do SRK fans acknowledge Sunny and Juhi as draws for Darr. SRK did overshadow everyone but it doesn't mean Sunny wasn't the draw.

All stars' fans behave in similar manner.

I have seen even ridiculous excuses like Kabootar is real star of MPK or Tuffy the dog overshadowed Salman in HAHK! 😆
