2 heroines in Rangoon

Filmmaker Vishal Bhardwaj's next film Rangoon' is going to get bigger and better. The latest buzz is that the film will have two leading ladies, not one as reported earlier.

The Haider' director has already cast Shahid Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Kangana Ranaut to play important roles in the film. He is still on a lookout for a new girl to play the second lead in the movie.

A source close to the film said "The audition for the second lead is in progress on a daily basis, but he (Vishal) still hasn't found a suitable actress. He doesn't want a beautiful looking girl but is on a looking for someone who looks ordinary but real"

"The second female lead has an equally powerful role to play and Vishal doesn't want to take a risk on casting anyone with less talent" the source added

Rangoon, which is said to be Bhardwaj's most expensive project till date, is set against the backdrop of Second World War where a lot of Indians lost their lives owing to the fact that Indian soldiers from the British army fought against Subhash Chandra Bose's Indian National Army in Rangoon.

The film will go on floors in December this year.
