Yohan was born via surrogacy so obviously the family members aware abt their difficulties to conceive normally.

I just hope that Sohail wont follow his fathers footstep. Someone need to put some reality check in him

The kids call him chachu take a look at his Ganpati celebrations both Aryan and Nirvan (Arbaaz and Sohail's sons) call him that.
He addresses himself as chaccha as well, when talking about their children.
