Sedition refers generally to the offense of organizing or encouraging opposition to the government, especially in speeches or writings, that falls short of treason.
Ofcourse, Salman isn't actually doing that, but legally he can be held responsible. Also, like his own father put, Salman is just an ignorant meathead and his 'opinions' shouldn't be taken seriously.
