By work i mean Ra1 was a mega budget film highly promoted and hyped like anything yet it crashed and burnt..managed to collect only 115cr but SRK got out of jail some how and escaped with a a generous hit tag..Since then he has been playing catch up game with the khans

What if Ra 1 turned out to be something like Dhoom3 and had scored 180cr plus if not 200cr SRK career would have far more straight forward..Don 2 and JTHJ were no means big commercial grossers but when 2 films didn't live upto expectations SRK was burdened and he had deliver a CE to get back in the game with the Khans

just like if Dabangg 1 wasn't a phenomena his next 2 mediocre films ready and BG wouldn't have sailed past so easily at BO

END of the day 1 Core Film can change your career path

SRK is doing bad movies since 2007. The last good film of Srk was chak de india. And that was a blockbuster. God knows why he did om shanti om, rab be bana de Jodi, my name is khan, etc etc

Let's admit it, Srk was number 1 in 2007. He could had picked better movies. He rejected 3 idiots for god knows what reason. If I am not wrong, he also rejected dabbang.

As far as salman is concern, I think wanted was the game changer for him. Dabbang of course helped him further. Ready was a plain crap but it was a family entertainer. And bg wasn't that bad movie. It was decent.

See if salman delivered some craps then he also give some good movies in between such as wanted, dabbang, ETT, and now BB.

CE wasn't that bad. I liked it. But HNY, JtHJ, raone, mnik were plain bad movies

Ra1 could have been a game changing film for him!!!! but he messed it up big time and he paid the price as his subsequent releases weren't really commercial films as a result failed to churn out blockbusters like salman

If SRK hasnt done a good movie since 2007 then girl dont let me start on Salman. I have no means to drag Salman into this but u saying that is highly exaggerated IMO.

Raone as bad movie. The only good thing about that movie was chamak chalo. I don't know why Srk even decided to make that movie.

Let me tell you this, in early, mid 2000s I use to love Srk. Yes even more than salman but that one KANK ruined it for me. After that movie, it changed for me. Then CDI happened, I was like okay finally he did a good movie. But then after that all he did were some bad movies. And those movies were not even entertaining

Aamir was the smart one. He caught up. Fanaa, RDB, TZP, Ghajni, 3 idiots are all amazing movies. Then salman came with wanted followed by dabbang. Both wanted and dabbang were good movies. Plus I would say he came up with masala genre. He made it popular with wanted and dabbang. Both were good masala movies. And now people are getting bored of masala stuff so now he changed his genre again.

This time for better. BB is a huge success. Probably salman khan iconic movie. So PRDP and Sultan automatically got the boost

well Chak De India is the last movie of SRK I have liked after that it has been a downfall...for some reason SRK can not gain the same place he had in my eyes before not sure about his career ...it might be a matter of just one ATBB...Aamir Khan rules right now👍🏼

dont even talk about the crap (acting and quality both ...recent one being that chittiyan kalaiyan movie what shit was that)Salman Khan dishes out and surprisingly almost all his movies are such huge blockbusters...have to give it to his star power👍🏼...no denying the fact...

Excuse me, first of all I share my opinion. No need to jump on me. I never insulted Srk. I just expressed how dissapointed I am with his choices. If you don't like my post, then ignore.

Had Ra.One been a hit, then SRK wouldn't need to have an affair with Priyanka for Don 2 Promotions.

Had that happened, SRK and Gauri would never have had any marital problems and then they wouldn't have a third kid to save their marriage.

Priyanka would have continued dating Shahid and he would never have had married Mira Rajput.

JTHJ would have been a blockbuster and Katrina would have still been relevant enough to counter Deepika's rise and wouldn't have leaked the bikini pics.

SRK would have never been desperate enough to do HNY and the disaster could have been averted.

The Aish comeback hype wouldn't have started and KJo wouldn't have to add a maternity clause.

And the Khaleesi still wouldn't have made to westeros

The repercussions are far and wide 😲

Just as a neutral viewer.

I never said that salman had done all good movies. Ready and Jai ho were biggest craps😃 Kick was all hyped up. I won't even watch ready and jai ho again even if someone pay me 5 million dollars. Dabbang 2 was huge dissapointnment compare to dabbang 1

But at least he has given some good movies in between such as wanted, dabbang, ek tha tiger and now bajrangi Bhaijaan.

BB was amazing so hopefully he will continue to do movies as good as bb.

Good luck to Srk too. Hopefully Raees and fan will be amazing movies. I am not Salman's blind fan but have to appreciate him for dabbang, wanted, ETT and Bb esp bb and dabbang
