Hey guys welcome to another red hot DOTW for the bolly forum (lol sorry if that sounded bad…couldn't think of anything better)
So I am doing a DOTW after some time, and it may not be as interesting as my old ones, but I just wanted to discuss about something different which was related to movies.
Ok so we all know how in bollywood itz a huge deal when theres onscreen kissing…like four months before the release of the movie the media gets soo excited about the onscreen kissing news which sometims they end up using in a bad way and embarrassing the actors…anyway our discussion will mostly be just on onscreen kissing and is it really too bold and unnecessary…

1.) Whats your take on onscreen kissing?

i think its alright, because i mean we see it anywayz in most of our everyday lives.

2.) Do you think that they are just ruining bollywood image as bollywood used to be known for its clean and family type of films?

no, not really i mean i really dun think one kiss will effect anyone in such a rastic way that it will ttoally mess up a kids mind and the main theme of a story

3.) Are sometimes onscreen kissing justified? Are they necessary, or can still be avoided?

well sometimes to intesify something. I mean usually ppl cant stand their wives kissing others n wat i mean is that, i mean if a guy sees his wife kissing another male he will go balisitc n this actualy can be justified, ju noe relationship with someone else, rather than just hhugging another man, den da lady could make up any excuse but kissing isneeded to portray some parts of the movie and create plots also. one kiss cna lead to many things. Sometimes its ust to show love

4.) If your answer is yes to above question give atleast 2-3 kisses that were justified onscreen.

i gess Murder- i mean ashmit patel cant see malika kising emraan

then maybeaashiq banaya aapne- sonu went really mad wen he finnaly saw tanushree n emraan kissing, without that he was ok with their friednship, buthat ione kiss lead to such a big problem

5.) People say that the kiss in Raja Hindustani was the most justified and most beautifully shot kiss in bollywood where it didn't seem as if it was vulgar at all. Your take on this?

If thisis justified, than y not other kisses? i mena i dun get how someone can be bias abt a kiss. It is used to show lov eor create twists and wat makes a kiss vulgar? and wat doesnt? is there any defination 5 dat? i reall ydun think so, so if one kiss is not vulgar then how is t eotehr one vulgar? a kiss is a kiss

Another kiss people usually call justified is the kiss in Black between Rani and Amitabh…now for me I feel that was fully justified kiss and there was a meaning to it…and it wasn't just about boy likes girl and they kiss…it mostly showed a bond between a teacher and its student…..so what do you have to say about this?

well, i didnt exactly watch it,but from wat i have heard, i think its aite, but once agian the topic comes up, how can one kiss be considered good and nother bad n vulgar, no one can judge dat . I just say "Each to his own"😊

7.) Murder was a film with the most kisses, do you really think that the movie showed any kind of a good story, I think that movie was mostly about kiss kiss and kiss. What do you have to say about that moive?

well not really i mean a few kisses in der were not really needed but others were ok. i mean der wer eliek thirty something kisses i dun think we need that many to show apoint in a 2.5 hour movie. so i think a few were der but didnt have much meanig.

8.) After murder released, kissing almost became the latest fashion in the movies, any love story and add a kiss into it and just spice it up, no whether the kiss was needed or not is another story. What do you have to say about kissing becoming the latest fashion?

I mean i ges speople have found new ways to get a kiss a new meaning, buttttttttt, it is not alway sneeded. Muder has to many kisses

9.) Lastly in the upcoming film Dhoom 2, there will be a 3 min kissing scene between Aish and Hrithik. Your reaction on this news?

i wish i was der instead of aish😳 and where are abhi n suzaane?😆

As long as it plays well with the script I dont mind...heellloooo ppl kiss in real life...on the streets n where not!

Whts unclean abt kissing...its natural isnt it.....and lik I said its not lik u cant tak kids to movies tht have a kissin scene coz kdis tehse days knw wht a kiss means---nto a big deal!

they can be avoided.....but yea it is justified....it kinda does get lame when u show two flowers meeting or birds flying the air to symbloise a kiss!

B&B...rani n abhi's kiss......maybe coz I thght it was cute😳

Raja Hindutani coz it was aesthetically shot!

Murder...coz tht movie had to do with sexual unsatisfaction in a relationship!

I was too young when i was RH....but nwo when I watch it, it doesnt seem vulgar.....it's not lik they r eating each other's face!

again justified......u dont have to kiss just to express sexual desire or love...a kiss can be a sign of gratitude as well

Tht was a movie abt sexual unsatisfaction in arelationship, so the kisses r a paramount! n personally I think this whole thing abt kissing clouds the overall meaning of the movie, Murder.....it was a lot more thn jsut abt kissing!

Yea there r times when ppl jsut use a kiss as aa way to spice up a movie esp Emraan HAshmi movies which I dont watch....but now it's not a big deal to shwo a kiss in a movie....but one kiss tht realy got on my nerves was the one in MPKDH! It wasnt necessary n was so not Sooraj barthjatya's style---it was very wananbe of him to shw tht kiss!

SAme with Kyun...ho gaaya na.....the kiss was jsut tryin to cash in on the Ash-Vivek relationship...🤢
