That is something else. Compare Aamir or any-other actor who has gained weight for a sports oriented role to this and you will notice them to be poles apart.

Jokes aside, I think Salman has major health related issues which require strong medication which keeps private and has every right to. That might also contribute to his recent physique. He looked great in Kick last year as he had lost a of weight but he's gained much since.
