From your list I would say Sid. Terrible actor but very strong screen presence and looks dapper.

From your list I would say Varun. He is better than Sid- but the way he is being compared with Ranbir/ Ranveer- is little too much. I found his work in Badalpur very average.

varun offcourse...he is extremely overrated specially his work in Badlapur...Nawazuddin siddiqui stole the show in Badlapur

strange how cmnts nd votes varies...
anyways...sid...he has superb screenpresence but he is yet to impress us...
ranveer is popular for his quirky self...his acting is extremely average...i loved him in bbb only...
varun is overenthusiastic too in evry genre
