Why do Salman's producers approach Alist actresses/PR use their names?

So in another thread we got the below reason for why Salman doesnt need A list actresses for his films.

But my question is why do then his producers approach A listers? We know Kangana was approached for Sultan. There were strong rumors of Deepika being approached for Kick and Sultan. Likewise Anushka's name has been figuring for Sultan. Parineeti's name also figured for a while which she denied. Likewise with Katrina. Then there were rumors of PC too being approached for Sultan.

So either the producers do approach them or Salman's PR spreads rumors of their names being associated with his projects. Why?

Bhai doesn't need any PR. Lulia Bhabi can give him enough publicity to make his next few films ATBBs.

Rajni khanth is still super star at this day due to working with a lister actress. Imagine no A lister is willing to act with you. With new bees , heros vl look dadaji. Its hard for a movie to survive when its whole n solely dependend on superstars shoulders. I have not seen that in long time.

Cant u say producers name rather than saying salman's producer...and sorry we're not his producer and totally unaware of it...u can tweet them instead and by chance if u get any reply, share with us too
