Deepika's naina or Kangna's Rani? - Page 3

I didnt like YJHD in the first place. I had to take breaks in between to finish the film because I was bored out of my mind. Half the time the story didnt make sense and was less than realistic. Naina character was shoddily written and there's not argument in it.

kangana nailed it in queen. One of my all time fav movie.deepika was good but kalki role was much better than her i think deep best performance till date is veronica she was fab. 👍🏼

DP got 20 something votes but not many comments in favor of Naina?

for me its CE.

Veronica was just above average IMO.
she played a lot of drunkard party girl.

I liked Naina, I liked Rani too
But as a film I enjoyed YJHD more so voted for Naina
Queen was good for me but not extraordinary it made out to be

There are people like Naina who I see every other day in FB
Shy girl with glasses and braces in school and dynamite in hot pants in FB photos after 15 odd years
So never felt Naina's transition was absurd

For queen, it was a transition of girl within a shorter period of time
Its more about how her mentality and perception changed about herself and the world around her..
It would have been odd if a Kurti clad girl came back from foreign wearing low cut jeans after 1 month
That's doesn't happen in real life and that was not the motto of the film as well..
