Naina was a very shoddily written character 😕 I think Queen is overrated in all honestly ( i liked English Vinglish better in the same genre) but there is no comparison with YJHD..Deepika was actually good in the film ( atleast the first half where she played the shy nerd. am not even going to the second half cos it made no sense to me 😆)..I cant believe the same guy who wrote an absolutely gorgeous character like Aisha ended up writing Naina as well ( Bunny too mainly because all the transitions were so abrupt in the film)

anyway I find both the films overrated.. n I didn't quite understand the hype over Rani.. yes Kangna was good but nothing close to what she was made out to be.

the introvert coy deepika was good in yjhd but like you said the sudden change n how she changed from an introvert studious girl to a party girl was peculiar.

Rani from Queen.

Naina became all sexy from nerd. Though DP was good at it. Nothing exceptional.

Whereas Rani was still a simple girl by appearances but she grew as a person. Kangana lived thru each scene. Bar and chor scenes are enough to make her the winner.

Loved Deepika as Naina in YJHD..She was so good..nothing out of the box but so so adorable ..."Yaadein mithai k dibbe ki tarah hoti hain ..ek bar khula to sirf ek tukda nhi kha paoge"..Her voice..❤️

I am not a fan of Queen as a movie..thought it was pretty overrated and so was Kangana in the movie..

So Naina over Rani for me..😳
