The flop throne has no heirs

ALL actors have had their turn to sit on the flop throne.

It is just one chair out of the many chairs that one gets to sit on in life.

Having a positive attitude in life and plodding along is all that matters. And he looks like a very together individual despite all his flops; that is what matters. That is quite an achievement in Bollywood.

If the race is between star sons then we should include all of them and not just compare ABjr with HR. There are others like RK, AK even VO & Shahid who are sons of BW actors but with lesser reach but definitely greater talent. Even SK and FA come from a BW background.

Suneil Anand, Kumar Gaurav ,Sunny Deol, Bobby Deol,Esha Deol, And we can not forget the enfant terrible of the industry who is going to have a biopic released to re-launch him once he comes back from jail ...the one & only Sanjay Dutt ! there will be more if we dust the cupboards bare for sure.

But the topic here was for the heir to the flop throne !

These kids were launched with help from the family but ultimately had to survive on their talent or sink for the lack of it.The results were compounded by BTS manouevres and manipulations causing some with talent to drift and others with none to soar high .

But the industry may prop its own ..it is left to the audience to declare the winner ..in this case The heir to the Flop Throne

...and the verdict is AB jr ...BUT RK jr is fast catching up 👏

They also happen to be the heirs to Bollywood's two most powerful families.

He is very unlucky at box office, not charming personality and thats not his fault.

If we remove comparision with his father then his career graph is decent not too bad.

He is really down to earth from entire bachan family.

Bachans really tried hard to make him a superstar, promoted him like anything and failed everytime.

Heard that he was in love with Rani but papa wanted Aish as his bahu. His entire life is all about ' how to be an ideal son of a megastar'.

Today he is just beta of superstar or husband of beauty queen or papa of beauty queen's daughter.

Star kids should be cool like twinkle khanna.

She did not try too hard to survive in industry and after few flops she opened her own business.

hahaha, I was surprised to see this topic on page 1, again and again and finally had to check, what was going on 😆

btw he is not nice to fans at all. He also had a drinking problem or still does. Appearing all happy and jolly doesn't mean he is and as u said, he has to be nice to industry folks, that's a given.

I remember Salman giving a speech while he and aish were on first row. So he knew the cameras will be on him/her and he was all smiling and clapping, why? Not to appear insecure. I mean the guy on staged banged his wife years ago when she was actually hot and sexy and might have been the first to pop her asshole's cherry 😆

This guy called himself batman as in Jai dixit in Dhoom 3. He has to believe in something rite 😆

AB Jr is just lazy and pampered. In one interview with Niranjan, he was narrating an experience in one of the movies they worked together. Apparently the make up guys did AB Jr's hair and AB Jr didnt like it. So when everyone was away he messed up the hair so that the makeup guys had to do it all over again. He kept doing that throughout. He also said he needed a lot of convincing to get his hair CUT. This grown ass baby makes a fuss about petty things like hair and make up while an outsider would have to do god knows what for just landing a small sized role. He doesnt even realize how pampered he is and just takes everything for granted.

In same interview with Niranjan, they were recounting some old incident where Abhishek didnt let Niranjan on the sets of the film in which Niranjan was working because he had challenged Niranjan to shave his beard or something. Let's see what would happen if an outsider does something like that. So much for professionalism.

He and the whole Bachchan family make it seem like he is carrying a great burden on his shoulders and the world should be grateful for him to be just carrying on.

This is a really illuminating and conflicting thread for me because I have always liked Abhishek offscreen and loved HR onscreen lol.

But people are delusional if they compare Abhi to HR. HR was a phenomenon in India with his KNPH and Koi Mil Gaya. I remember how every single person in our school was talking about HR during his KNPH days. His personal life, injuries and bad script sense kept him from attaining the status of Khans but nonetheless, with practically zero PR even now, HR did amazingly well.

I like how secure and sweet Abhishek appears but he shouldn't even be compared to HR.
