😆sorry i forget that part. Yeah thats a plus for Katrina she is a waaay better dancer than Sid. Especially if i think about his IIFA performance last year maybe he is to tall to dance good.

Isn't Brothers a remake of Intouchables? That's like one of my favourite films. ⭐️ I hope it does well.

Brothers is a remake of the Warrior. Intouchables remake is being talked about but nothing has been finalized.

Hopefully yes, bolly movies have been flopping left right and center so need more hit films coming.

Hopefully yes.More than hit status,it is important to not disappoint the trade expectations with under performance.as last association of Dharma-Karan Malhotra was Agnipath

Sid's debut was SOTY which grossed abt 70 Cr+ at B.O and 10 cr opening.But it was a multi starrer so obviously credit is divided.Thats what is wrong with Sid's career at time.So many muti starrers.So his B.O credentials seldom get mentioned..Though if we go by facts and figures,he is right there(or close second) with Varun above all other new comers,movie success rate wise.
Yes he is yet to deliver a critically acclaimed performance like Badlapur or Lootera.But also to be noted is the fact he is mainly working with newbie directors or average ones like Suri.Never got to work with talented ones like VAM or Sriram.Had hopes on Bhavesh Joshi with VAM,but it got shelved.Now the wait for that 1 career defining performance got prolonged.A good director can mould him well as a performer.His fans have been extremely patient yes😆 heck Brothers is coming like 1 yr after Ek Villain and thats his only release for 2015 while all other newbies had like 2-3 movies lined up.So Brothers better not disappoint his fans...better not give another chance for detractors to mock him 😛

@Eboza, you are too sweet but I don't think Sid's bad dancing has anything to do with his height. He's just awkward and self conscious I think. And the fact that he debuted with Varun who is a very good dancer highlighted his weaknesses even more.

I think height is also a factor...it influences overall flexibility and precision in movements..I mean yeah there is a HR who is very tall still undoubtedly the best dancer of BW..But for 1 HR,we also have AB Sr,AB Jr,Sunny deol,Zayed Khan,John A etc etc 😆

Yes IIFA performance sucked bad..More than his dancing skills,I was disappointed by his lack of energy and confidence too.that matters most in a live performance..Then again it was his first solo onstage act..so forgiven...but yes he has to improve drastically...Tbh he has been showing more confidence,while greeting crowds nowadays though...if u check out tht DNA marathon video etc.Far better compared to his confused awkward look during SOTY promotions.😆

What did u think abt his #ASIam vid though?ppl said the song sucked and bad choreography.Sid was ok.Kriti was good...American Swan aint a popular brand in India like Flipkart or Myntra..Still video nearing 2 million views which is more than the view count of music vids of newbies who can actually dance😆.So yea he does create some sort of interest and hype outside the forum..Atominis said yesterday all girls of 2000 batch had HR's name in their slambook..happened to check my cousin sisters' slam last month...Sid and Varun got equal mentions as dream date🤣...lol I still believe the teen base trio earned thru SOTY is still active and hopefully will continue supporting by watching their movies in coming days😆

The AsIAm video was OK. The lyrics were very cheesy but it was very catchy tune. I think Sid did pretty well with choreography. But it was taped obviously and not live stage performance. That's when those who are not good dancers show most weakness, at live performances. Yea the IIFA one was bad, but I felt that he had improved in the Mumbai Police show even with his bulky built and everything.

Yea he's starting to come out of his shell. It was a total awww moment when he jumped off stage during DNA marathon thing to dance with that older lady. He's still got some ways to go, and that was evident when he hosted one of the awards shows in January.
