Salman Khan should not go to jail because....

1. It's the alcohol's fault, if the alcohol wasn't made up of alcohol stuff, and made people drunk by deception, then it wouldn't have made Salman drunk, and he would be in his senses that night.

2. Who puts a bloody steering wheel in a car that makes it turn?, and makes it go places that it shouldn't?, why couldn't they just make the car go straight to its destination?

3. In an economically prosperous country like India, that houses 1/3 of the world's poorest, it is absolutely ridiculous that poor people decide to sleep on footpaths, when there's so much space and good altruistic people offering hordes of poor homeless people to sleep in their homes every night, there shouldn't be any reason for sleeping on the foothpath.

4. The homeless should just hover in the air like wasps, because they're not much better than them.

5. It's the governments fault for creating the road and the footpath, Salman would not haven driven down that road if it never existed.

6. Salman should not go jail because he does charity and 200cr films, and a whole host of other irrelevant stuff that has no bearing on the case.

I know .. poor people who can't even feed themselves or give themselves even the basic necessities of life should go on and get married and give birth to a minimum of 2-3 more kids. And then these 2-3 more kids also join the janta that has no basic necessities and then each of them give birth to 2-3 more kids. And the cycle goes on and on and on and numbers keep on multiplying.
And then they complain about why they should have to sleep on the streets.
The basic human brains and the basic sense of responsibility of giving oneself and their very own children a livable life is missing in people😲. Just get married and have kids --- the stupid mindset because well getting married and having kids is the easiest thing to do for a human. Working and thinking and planning your finances take some mental and emotional strength and no one wants to really do something responsible.

Now think about it .. someone is driving on the road .. there is always a probability that the car might hit the footpath .. then why be irresponsible enough to sleep there? Oh of course the poor guy or his ancestors just wanted to have kids even though they couldn't afford the basic shelter and their stupidities should be pampered by this society.

Now Salman was drunk and he should not have been driving .. he should be punished for that for sure. If he had killed someone walking on the road or did not follow the traffic rules, then by all means punish him harder. I don't even like him and in some ways it is good that I won't have to tolerate more Dabbang kind of crap films if he doesn't acts anymore.
But if he is being given a punishment for 5 to 10 years, then the people who were sleeping on the road (or the people who irresponsibly gave birth to these people who were left with no choice but to sleep on the road), should also be punished. This is an illegal encroachment of public property. You cannot just make a public space into your permanent living space.
I have all the sympathy for people who live in difficult situations but really I don't understand how they don't learn their lessons. Their parents could not afford to give them a good life but these people still don't understand that they should at least build a basic life before giving birth to more people who again do not get the basic shelter. And hence, they all have to end up living on roads which is of course unsafe and illegal.

It's like this, humans are living organisms, and like all living organisms, we reproduce and multiply, even with the best of self-control, the desire to reproduce is a fundamental feature of all life and existence, easily overpowering better judgement and any notion of responsibility. So you're just gonna have to accept that poor people are going to have sex and procreate, they may or may not know about contraception, or they may just want kids, unless the government decides restrict people from having kids.

There is always a chance that I might get robbed if I go outside, then why should I be irresponsible and step outside which would increase my chances of being robbed?, well for one, if I want any sort of life, I have no choice.. The point being that these people who sleep on the pavements/roads don't have the luxury of choice, you want to blame them for encroaching on public property, where are they supposed to go?, you're not gonna get rid of them, so unless there is a viable housing solution, they are going to sleep wherever they can find space.

When all said and done, the fact remains is that the car ran over the victim, the victim didn't go running under the car.

8. Coz the defence lawyers showed the black bucks killing video,in which salman was only chopping their heads off when they were dying with gun shots. Salman just wanted to put them to rest and get a head trophy. Being human.

9. coz salman's charity balance sheet shows he donated 42 Crs for the cause and he got that income tax free on that money. It doesnt show how many ppl contributed in that charity. Salman thinks its not fair for the donors to name them.. they wanted to be anonymous.

10. There r chances of riots or mass suicide. Riots more likely. May be just vandalism.. or may be posters being burnt.. anything can happen. National Alert!

Oh no, this is salman topic.. all of a sudden all salman topics become a debate on "poor ppl should or not sleep on footpath".

Its a welcome change thou, coz untill few days for a long time in a decade,it was "wherez the proof? innocent till found guilty. Blame Ash, Vivek, AB Jr, Bucks, Srk, Indian justice system, His father n 2 mothers, alcohol, footpath Vs road... "

Now include... "Poverty.. the rights of poor ppl to get married and have kids, rights of the ppl who live on the streets, sleep on the roads (pavements actually, but).

None of the cruel things would have happened to Salman if the world was perfect. So, blame the world. Salman, in the end is just innocent little boy who is still virgin and big bad world wanna rape his innocence away.

How more cruel the world can get?
