He can't act, his dialogue delivery is the worst ever, his voice is awkward and he is fugly.

I don't think anyone is trying to make him happen, per se.

He was fabulous in Badlapur. Very courageous of him to attempt such a complex and evil role so early in his career,

But like most of the recent actors, he need a lot of work on his dialogue delivery and diction.

I think it's because Ranbir hasn't had a decent film in a long time that a lot of the audience are giving Varun a chance. They both are similar in that they both try varied roles

I honestly do think if Ranbir had more consistent films since 2013, that Varun would not be here at this point today

Varun rocks !! After Ranbir and Ranveer the best one from the young lot.. He tried a lot in Humpty Sharma ki Dulhania and it indeed was a tribute to my DDLJ becuz of Varun-Alia cutipies🤗
