Yo TM?! Did you even read the thread atominis posted? She asked for a more diverisfy demographic representaton...WTH did you see NRI bashing there?

Also, you're the one that said you came to India once and it was a dirty country...something along those lines in some Anil Kapoor thread...you hoenstly didn't think you were gonna get criticized? Maybe IF isn't for you then.

I had put up lot of things on that thread like male representation, coverage of different topics, youth, people of different age groups etc. But all that some notice is a sentence on India bashing. I had requested team to try and promote IF better, atttact more from India but it NO WAY meant limiting NRIs or bashing or hating on them.

Infact many friends of mine here and in real life are NRIs. Why would I hate them?

Though yes, I and anyone else with even slight concern would not tolerate outright hateful comments this TM makes on India even if topics are something else! He crossed all limits when he commented on all Indian parents and upbringing of all Indians and compared India to Saudi Arabia.

Such users and commentary are the reason why even India bashing issue comes up.

Otherwise, I and others have been on IF for years. Why would we be against any specific user demographic?

Funny how he can abuse India and Indians and even go to our parents. But a topic on variety in representation on IF strikes anti NRI to him!

Yeah I read what you wrote, and it's not bashing at all. It makes sense/

Besides, there are a lot of NRIs too that take offense to the stuff he/she posted and others have posted so I'm actually glad you wrote that.

You actually made some really good points about other things on IF too.

I wouldn't worry about this person. If he/she thinks you're "hating" then they're a lost cause.

Yes I know many NRIs also hate that because of such abusive posts, they also get generalised.

Many who've supported those alleged NRI hate threads as TM called them, are NRIs themselves.

No one likes country bashing, stereotyping, gross generalisations. Whether for India or any other country. It is plain distasteful and wrong.

Thank you for appreciating some points. The admin Vijay also said he liked couple of points. I talked about IF in general there. Not at all just NRIs or anything against any other user demographic. Thank you for not misunderstanding. Thankfully the admin and some DT also didn't misunderstand, but rather took note of it and responded.

in this huge diversity you cant generalise INDIANS.
if u will say india is filthy,india men are all horny,indian women dont work here,india is no better than arabs then dont expect us that we will stay quiet.
