Never liked Virat for his obnoxiousness. Such a foul mouth and to top it up he is so super self-obsessed.

Criticism is always going to be there. If you can get praised for good work, you WILL get critized too for poor performance. I am not against that nor am I trying to defend Kohli. I honestly could care less. My simple point is losing an important game is not the end of the world. You can't win them all now can you? And if you can support the players during their wins, you should also support them through their losses. These sports personalities can falter too. They will not have a perfect day every game. Indian cricket fans take a loss to extremes. Everyone knows that.

Indian fans USED to take a loss to extremes it's not the case now. Barring a few exceptions, everyone in India had been really sporty about the defeat in the WC for the fact that India played well throughout and it was one bad day. Everyone appreciated the efforts of the team and virat was the only blamed. It was not the case of 1 game because if it was one game than Shami, Ashwin would've been blamed too. But they were not cause in their case it was one bad game while for Kohli he had been giving bad performances for back to back 3 games and the games which mattered the most and that is why it was obvious he was going to be criticized. He should've been graceful about it and should've taken responsibility that he didn't play when it mattered the most instead of saying people should be ashamed of blaming me. People will criticize and they rightfully can cause he is here only on the sole basis of his skills as a cricketer.

All those that are hating him here, don't bother cheering for him when he starts doing well again...

Really dont care what the other team india players think of his statements coz none of them came out to defend him when a woman was being blamed for a game they all played n lost.

Virat played the best in those 4 months and at the end of it he was the one blamed. So it's fine if is putting the others players in their place...they deserve it😉

exactly, when you accept praising ,you should accept criticism too , he thinks ppl should always praise him ,why ?they will criticize if you play like this

well if he was criticized and slammed alone he wouldn't have reacted. his problem is with them blaming Anushka for his failing.. so how is he wrong?
And he sounds anything but arrogant when he said about him winning more matches., he seemed very sad.
