No he is not. He was 50 then and 85 now. No human, including the ones who are reluctant to change,remains the same for 35 years.

May be he was constantly praying for 21 days for the safety of the nation. Otherwise why would a person who spends his days and nights online won't post anything?

What even is the point of this meta argument that you're trying to make about 'change'? Yeah I'm sure some facet of his personality has changed in 35 years and his posture has changed ; maybe his balls touch the toilet water these days. Who cares Therefore what?- his actions are somehow pardonable now ? He instigated riots which resulted in the murder of people . Women lost their husbands sons and brothers. He's never even acknowledged his involvement in it let alone expressing remorse. Now he writes in p0rnographic detail about the agony of the widow ,to get congratulatory engagement and attention on social media yet numbers the tweet making it all about himself as usual. He's the same frigging guy. Narcissistic ,self serving ,clout hungry ,power hungry ,remorseless and without scruples. He was a 50 yr old asshole then ; he's an 85 yr old asshole now.
