I loved that scene! Just having a woman take off her makeup and the wig like that...that scene itself really spoke volumes

Shonda Rhimes is totally really soap-opera-ish in her shows😆, but I like that she does little details like that.

Well, from what angle did she look like Mary Kom? Besides, they'll probably change minor details of the script to suit the character. It's only in pilot stages.

But yes, it's still not picked up yet. We'll know by the spring when ABC announces their fall schedule.

I live in the US and Americans don't know who "Aishwarya Rai" is except for South Asians. All those "Hollywood" movies she was in were low budget British movies except The Pink Panther 2. Her biggest accomplishment was getting on Oprah and Letterman.

Indians need to stop pretending she's known here. Freida Pinto is probably the biggest Indian name in the US and she's not really known here either.
