Trying to change things... how? by helping new gals in BW, taking advantage of them and giving them movies? Or that trying to keep the hit and run case getting postponed by making some or the other files go missing? Or by holding this Being Human fashion shows, concerts etc to cover the image for what he has done or is doing? They say if you do charity from left hand, your right hand shouldnt know... bt if Salman gives even a penny, media covers that as well! And lets not forget the Sarfai event in UP... while hundreds of his own Muslim brothers were dying of cold, he was earning money by performing in the event and did not even bothered to help those riot victims...i wud like to know how much money from BH was sent to them?😕

and just because people are against obscenity and vulgarity doesn't mean they are against freedom of speech and expression...using a freedom with responsibility is not a bad thing to ask.

KJo has done nothing wrong, even if there was no charity involved, still no wrong was done. The show was privately organized and funded, and it was ticketed, people paid to be there, just like you would for any ticketed event. This was not, as the detractors claim, done in public, nor was it forced on the public. The video was released with an age rating and a disclaimer, they did their responsibility.

If you have a nut allergy, and you pick up a food product that clearly tells you that it may contain nuts, but you ignore the warning and eat it, you don't go and try to shut down the company.

Go tweet him and ask..i dont even no he took it..but its charity its not him personally taking it..as you said to use on his personal use, again on him being upset who knows, as he hasnt said anything personally other then articles saying hes upset..just like articles saying it went to his charity maybe kjo decided on that so he wont get more backlash ..plus anyone can donate ..

I just thought your statement on him using money that goes charity on his personal things not right..because he makes enough

I am not saying that KJo did anything wrong...but to ask someone who doesn't share his views or atleast doesn't want to acknowledge it publicly because he has his own responsibility towards his fans is not fair IMO...especially when KJo was fully aware of what he is doing...I don't know about other fans of Shahrukh...but I know that the minute he comes out and supports KJo on this issue ...I will be done with him for good...May be Shahrukh knows that some of his fans who made movies like K3G based on Indian values...a blockbuster ..will be disappointed with him...

It could have been a great debate if people didn't resort to name calling😛

So maybe SRK believes in limits on freedom of speech and expression based on someone else's standards? OK. In that case then good luck to him.

I don't think anyone needs to support or share his views either. If fans no longer want to watch his movies, that is perfectly fine. If stars no longer want to make movies with him, that is fine too.

My only beef is "hypocrisy" by so called "friends". If my friend did something I disagreed with, of course I wouldn't support that. However, that doesn't mean a friendship has to end. Tomorrow when Karan and Dharma matters again, the same "friends" will wag their tails. But in the end, that is how the industry rolls right. Show monkeys have to pander to the ones who throw the peanuts.

Also I don't think this should change how we view Karan as a whole person. It shouldn't make us disrespect him and treat him less then human.

Think of how we defended Sunny Leone's right to be treated as an equal human being. People find po*n offensive, obscene and disgusting. They find it against Indian morals, values and culture. Many even find it disrespectful, especially to her family, parents and affiliates to openly do po*n. But at the end of the day Sunny is a persona and po*n does not define her. Similarly, even if you find AIB Roast obscene, offensive, disgusting, disrespectful, whatever. At the end of the Karan is a persona and should not be defined by his penchant for risqu, adult humor.
