I didn't like these jokes either. I didn't even find those Shakya jokes funny . The show itself was boring except for a few jokes here and there.

My only problem is people calling Deepika and Sonakshi wrong ...because they took part in this roast. It's their choice at the end of the day.

I am calling this show wrong and it is strictly my opinion...simple...I always support or not support an issue...the cheapness in AIB is the issue for me...so i am against anyone who supports it ...

that's plain hypocrisy! She has no problem if her friends are cracking jokes but you have a problem if others who are not your friends do the same.

Not much different for me. Maybe I am coming across as a hardcore feminist but that's really not the case..because I found some of the jokes funny. But most of them were bad. So lets agree to disagree.

Yeah I found this attempt at a joke more offensive than any of the ones about Deepika. Shame that a sensitive issue like rape was used for a mere punchline. Especially with gang rapes being such a prominent issue in India.

OT: There was nothing enjoyable about that roast. They were trying too hard to come off edgy and controversial. I read wittier jokes on here every day that aren't degrading and don't have to bring up real life issues to be funny.

THANK YOU! I am SO glad someone else noticed that! That 30 page AIB thread had people singing praises about this atrocious show and I was horrified. Roast whoever the eff you want, if they agreed to it I don't care. But it's disgusting that such serious issues would be brought into the jokes - innocent people being beheaded, people suffering - you're going to use that in a joke? f**k off 🤢

Some jokes were funny when they were not making fun of serious issues like Ebola and cancer and rape. Some people go way too far just to get a laugh. Some of these losers need to watch the Golden Globe and how Tina and Amy made fun of a serious issue (Bill Cosby) without sounding stupid and insensitive.

Concerning DeepiKa. I really don't care about what she does anymore. Stopped taking that women seriously long time ago. .she has no respect for herself.

Arjun was fine but Ranveer..was over doing it. Shocker. Alia's laughs are so weird. Looks like she was faking the laugh. Trying really hard to laugh when it's obvious she found none of the jokes funny. I think she was trying to laugh to show people she doesn't take herself seriously. Same with Sona. They both seem fake.

And how many times are they gonna crack the same jokes. Arjun is stupid because he didn't graduate (not actually true). And then making fun of that guy's skin color. It was getting old and not funny at all.
