Do Bebo or Peecee deserve the Padma Shri?

This is such a prestigious honor that numerous women have been awarded, including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Madhuri Dixit. The generation going out has had two amazing actresses. They are Bebo and Peecee. Do they both deserve this honor or not? Please share your thoughts. 😉

Miss World, did international work, once the top heroine of BW: PeeCee deserves it as much as Aish did. More, I'd say. At least PeeCee is a good actor which Aish is not.

Absolutely not!

Priyanka and Kareena may be actresses who have done some strong roles in their career, but they are def not at that level to receive the Padma Shree honor.

Aishwarya never deserved it, Madhuri did. Madhuri's impact on Bollywood has been legendary. She's not only been a great actresses who has been praised to the max, but she's a terrific performer & a fabulous dancer as well. In other words, she's an all rounder. Aishwarya is known more for her looks and her international fame. Her contribution to Bollywood has been very limited, in my opinion. Sure she's had some great films to her name. She used to act well back in the 90s, but she's never made that much of an impact to me as an actress. She's more known for her beauty, charm, and an international brand icon.

If anyone does deserve it, its probably actresses like Sridevi, Karisma, Juhi, Rani, even Kajol. These actresses have proved themselves in various roles during their peak. They have left a mark in the industry that many will remember down the road. Its a prestigious honor and very few deserve it.

PC aur Kareena to door ki baat hai. They have a long long long way to go.

Kajol and Sridevi already got it.

The award isnt just for acting, but overall contribution and excellence in their field.

pc is better off with national awards. same as vidya balan, shabana azmi, and tabu's.
