But before your go, 'Eh?' what we're talking about is a masala chicken dish. Says Zayed, "My dad (Sanjay Khan) likes to whip up something in the kitchen every once in a while, and I would be his assistant chef. I can cook up anything, from lamb chops to prawns, but I'm not half as good as he is."
So what's this Sholay? "It's something that I whipped up recently on an outdoor shoot. It's a spicy chicken curry served with jeera rice. In fact, my co-actors loved the dish so much that I've been cooking it nearly everyday!" jokes Zayed.
