* Its been a total rough journey for Hashmi for last several years.. all of his movies in recent past have been bombed at box office badly.
* His serial-kisser tag is no more of any such value or novelty,because kissing became a norm in main stream Hindi movies now...
It is no more early and mid 2000's era where Emraan's kissing scenes can raise any eyebrows anymore, or can put him in any special slot.. every actor is doing it now.
* His famous Frenchised movies era has totally gone and outdated... jannat raaz murder etc been driedup projects now, and newly evolved audience seem no longer interested in those oh-so-2000's type movies.
* Bhatts have moved on , they seem no longer promoting and casting him as such hich they used to be... Vishesh films are making newage cinema with different sort of star cast.
* Emraan has not cultivated as such rapport with any other banner/camp outside his uncle's productions.
* He seems misfit in many roles...like machoman, masala movies or family and slapstick comedies.
Even the clean romantic flicks of hardcore commercial cinema does not seem his cup of teak, he looks sort of misfit in all these major generations of mainstream movies.
