Ajay was emotionless during erotic scenes

Says Action Jackson debutante Manasvi Mamgai who claims that the actor was impressed by her 'vamp skills'.

Manasvi Mamgai debuted in Bollywood with a cameo in the Ajay Devgn starrer Action Jackson. Her turn, as a vamp drooling over the hero, grabbed eyeballs even though Yami Gautam was the film's leading lady. But despite Manasvi's saucy turn, the film received a lukewarm response. The debutante frankly acknowledges this but adds that she does not regret starting her career with the film.

"It's no secret that Action Jackson did not do well. My performance got good reviews. I'm the only one who benefited from the film," says the model who won the Miss India World title in 2010.

The 27-year-old claims that the producers of the film were so impressed by her that they have signed a three-film deal with her and also offered her a bonus.

"People from the industry complain about delayed payments and not getting their dues at all. But was offered more money than I was initially promised. When I look back, I feel like a fool for not quoting a few lakhs more," she laughs.

The model's onscreen attempts to seduce Ajay were steamy. When asked if the sequences made her uncomfortable, she replies, "Ajay was focussed on the role and emotionless during those erotic scenes. I learnt how to get under the skin of the character from him. At the end of it, he was impressed by my vamp skills."

The actress will begin her second film with Prabhudeva, another Southern remake, soon. She also hopes to get signed for a musical or reality show.

"I'd really like to be on a dance show like Jhalak Dikhla Jaa. People keep telling me that these shows are for people whose careers are fading and who don't have any acting offers. But I don't care because I love to dance."
