You rarely see me tweet bad things about a celeb. Because I know what I write on twitter they can see. So I try to keep my opinion to myself on there. 😆

I often wonder actually if any celeb secretly comes on this forum 😲

See, I have no problem with constructive criticism, or even comments about their acting, but I just don't think it's nice to comment on their looks. It's something they can't help and it's one of the most hurtful things to read/hear about even if they do come online. They can control their acting but they can't control their looks.

I don't find any problem with celeb bashing, so the argument of 'they are also human beings etc etc' is quite baseless and redundant to me.

Here's my argument. They signed up to become a part of the 'glamour' industry, so they must be ready to take all the brickbats along with the bouquets. Simple as that. Looks are an integral part of their profession, so I don't get why they shouldn't be criticised for their looks.

The name Aamir and YRF/Dhoom franchise got the film it's huge opening weekend and maybe the huge first week collection as well, but after that the rest of the approx. 100 crores that the film made was based on WOM! No way a film can collect 285 crores just based on pre-release hype only!

Some statements that people write are just ridiculous. I mean you don't even know these celebs on a personal level...how can you be so cruel in your thoughts and words? I mean its almost inhumane. That person you are disgustingly talking about is someone's brother, uncle, husband, father, etc...Imagine if anyone were to say such cheap things about one of your own. I mean criticizing constructively is one thing, and then taking it way too personally is a whole different thing. And those that comment on looks...really? That's something they can't help. Its how God created them. Its talent that should really be considered - not how one looks.

Yes, its true that by entering this industry they opened themselves up to criticism. Because that will follow you EVERYWHERE. Not every person will be a fan. I remember when I first used to upload my videos on Youtube of my singing, I got the most disgusting comments from people that I removed those videos immediately. I was called a monkey and so many more things. But even since I've learned to move on from that negative criticism and make it into positive criticism to do better and prove those idiots that I have something in me that they possibly do not have. Our world has always been full of hatred. And now you're talking about film celebrities. They knew before entering this world, that the film industry - whether Hollywood or Bollywood is one big nasty world. That's the true bitter fact. What goes on behind the scenes isn't pretty.

Having said that, some people are way to the extreme though.

Country bashing isn't a issue here.its cool to bash India as except India, all other countries are crime free.
On topic, celeb bashing is fun here.its not being insensitive unlike twitter where everything is written personally.Members bashing is not cool.

Why this forum became boring?

What happened to all the people? Did all moved to Reddit and other places? There are hardly any comments in here for any topics.
