I saw her tweets. It's a good thing that she is trying to help those suffering from anxiety, depression, panic attacks etc. It does not matter whether she took someone's idea or got inspired as long as someone is benefiting from her efforts😃

If it's her PR or whatever, that is nice of her to help us people who suffer from depression, anxiety to get people aware of it and people out there can realise that more needs to be done.
