I'm with you MEB when it comes to animals dying. This is why I refuse to watch the Hollywood classic The Old Yeller. I can't even watch the ASPCA adds on American TV.

Yes Tara Zameen Par was another tear jerker. The end of the competition when Ishan realizes he's the subject of his teacher's work. And then after he wins and just runs into Aamir Khan's arms crying.

When Amar from Dasvidaniya goes to Neha's house for proposal, I cried my heart out. Although, it looks similar to love actually scene (You are perfect).

a) Raang De Basanti:

When DJ breaks down in Sue's apartment. Its heartwrenching, the way he says, "Hamari Baachi, hamarai Sonia". This is one of the best acted scenes in BW history.

The Tu Bin Bataye Song. It is just so magically shot and lyrics are so powerfull. It tells of their friendship in such a simple and effective way.

When the boys die esp DJ and Karan.And the way they die, content, peaceful, happy yet afraid.

The climax when the girls are siting at there favourite hangout deep in those wonderful memories. Just thinking.Smiling yet a hint of the loss, the grief in that smile .It really engulfs you. The pain, suffering and the sacrifice that DJ and his gang went through. It makes you think of what you are doing and where you stand as a person.

The ending is so bitter-sweet. I loved the way it ended. The boys running towards their freedom, laughing merrily.

I dont think anyother movie has ever done this to me. I was so invested in the characters that the ending shocked me to the core.

Other movies which not nessecarily made me cry but still were emotional:

b) Shushant's death in KPC.

c) PK's search of God.

d) Barfi and jhilmil's story esp the ending.

e) The way Nikumbh helps Ishaan in getting better.

f) Janee nahi deenge and give me some sunshine from 3 Idiots. Actually the whole movie, because being an engneering student I could really connect with what they were saying.

Cant remember any other ATM.

Taare Zameen per...when the family is leaving the little boy at the hostel...and his reactions after that ...how scared he was and how much he missed his mommy...i cried so much...and i usually dont cry easily...

In Swades ...the train scene when the little boy comes to sell water...the expression on Shahrukhs face...unbelivable...
