he got lucky in gunday and 2 states co-stars took all the credit...if you read the reviews of those films critics weren't too impressed with him either...and yeah he gives off this lazy kind of a vibe which can't be helping him

I don't think he went beyond one and half facial expressions for the entire 2 States movie.

lol very true...he so didn't deserve the films he got so far...glad his luck is running out now...it should only be talent that sustains

He might get Ram Lakhan or a supporting role in SRK-Rohit's film but he is in as bad a state as Parineeti

But honestly though, I can't imagine that he's really not getting any offers. Gunday did well and 2States was a 100 cr movie. Although to be fair I don't think he's been able to reap the same benefits from that success as Alia and Abhishek Varman. Maybe he's expecting roles with more substance and instead he's getting Tevar and Gunday kind of offers.

As a none fan I have only read a handful of his interviews. My impression is that he doesn't seem too ambitious or motivated. I'm not getting the hardworking lad vibes from him.

I agree..its surprising because he had a good year. Somehow it seems to be case of timing to me like it happened to ARK post A2/YJHD. The films he signed got shelved instead of proceeding to production and he is left with nothing. Now he needs to start all over again.
