2 reasons for this

1) No films

2) So he can be overweight and eat whatever he wants for the time that he is not shooting. How much time will one movie take anyway? 3-6 months? So he can potentially have 6-9 months of free time where he overindulge and eat whatever he wants!!! Trust me as a former fat person - I know this is the reason!

Lol not getting movie offers = concentrating on one movie at a time. He is in no stage to do just a movie in a year,he is no Khan. On the other side it would be good to see less of his face on the screen.

yeah the less we see of him the better...i'm glad that despite his box office success directors and filmmakers are aware that the guy can't act and aren't just casting him for the sake of it

I'm not a fan of his so my first reaction is who cares lol.

But honestly though, I can't imagine that he's really not getting any offers. Gunday did well and 2States was a 100 cr movie. Although to be fair I don't think he's been able to reap the same benefits from that success as Alia and Abhishek Varman. Maybe he's expecting roles with more substance and instead he's getting Tevar and Gunday kind of offers.

As a none fan I have only read a handful of his interviews. My impression is that he doesn't seem too ambitious or motivated. I'm not getting the hardworking lad vibes from him.

He is acting like he is some mega-star...He will fade away like that... Actors usually do a significant amount of work in their initial few years to get their name out there... He hasn't reached the level of stardom to do one film a year and last... He is no SRK, Aamir, Sallu, or HR...
