To me the nature of blind item posts are to just have fun with them and speculate. I think it is pretty much understood that there is no proof or evidence of its authenticity at all. It's all in jest and sort of tongue and cheek.

It is very much possible that this is not Kangana at all or that this entire blurb is 100% made up. But within the context of a "blind item" it is easy to say it is Kangana. Her past with Pancholi is pretty much common knowledge as is the fact that it was not the healthiest of relationships. It does leave some people with some strong opinions about her self esteem and her worth in a committed relationship.

Just my two cents.
