people worried about racist and colour jokes, please note that it's not a big issue like how it is in europe or US.. if u r from UP or nearby like me, nobody gives a damn if someone calls him kala or bhais or khaira...😆 the jokes are much more vulgar than that.. the black humour in masala movies you see are all taken from UP🤣
that is why it was done again and again without any fear.

it didn't live upto my expectations as a whole but some parts were funny. this was the first time so i was not expecting perfection either

TBH this move has backfired for Ranveer and Arjun, this type of comedy can only work in West, not here in India

I liked it, was funny apart from some lame racial jokes but most of people in India would hate it , already see a lot of bashing for all of them on twitter. Not a clever move by Ranveer and Arjun to be part of this roast. Pari was clever, and she backed out

i think ranveer n arjun will get away with it...KJO won't be affected coz he is Kjo

i actually think this roast won't be good for deepika's reputation...which is strange as she wasn't even the one being roasted...Yeh parineeti did the right thing by backing out..

Quite 'amazed' to see women empowerment leaders like Deepika and Sonakshi being a part of this, laughing their asses off on Ch** jokes.
So the Mahila Bachao scheme changes according to situations. 😆

KRK should be hanged upside-down and slapped. What about All India Bakchod, Sonakshi? They are funny because they are Kewl unlike the 2 Rs man KRK
And anti-cleavage movement queen raised her voice against disrespect towards women in India and TOI..is so proud of her boyfriend today.

Mother of all W*Fs is that the whole bollywood is praising Babas for their 'Bravery' and how they are gutsy enough to be a part of this...are the same people who were standing with Dpad in that cleavage controversy 🤣

Not a moral police...but look at these f**king double standards..as long as you are getting publicity and money...everything is accepted.

Some parts were funny but overall they were trying to act all Kewl.

I dont think this will backfire on them. Their are of course some people who dont understand this kind of comedy but a lot of people on twitter praise them. And people who dont get the jokes and the meaning of a roast since its a comedy panel are living in a bubble. All over the world there is insult comedy and even worse than what they have done in the AIB Knockout. Its a good way to open up the mind of some people and shouldnt take everything so serious. The AIB stands for comedy and not like some newspaper who stands for news about issues in the public. So people should see the difference.

Can you please explain how is listening to abuses like chutiya, gandu, chut, MC, BC opening up your mind? How is that progressive? 😕
And how does not appreciating this roast concept is equal to being in a bubble, a spoilt sport, conservative, unkewl? So this is the new cool? 😆

Women objectification, women empowerment are some serious issues...you cannot change its meaning according to your convenience. Be it a newspaper or AIB, it is objectifying women and that's what these people 'stand' for. Just how AIB is using chut, MC, BC to get more likes, the same way TOI used her cleavage to grab more eyeballs. Same thing!

The AIB Knockout Video featuring the Roast of Ranveer Singh & Arjun Kapoor is outrageously offensive BUT even they didn't have the b*lls to put out everything that happened on the show that night. Here's what DIDN'T make it to the final cut!

There were pointed jokes on Narendra Modi which a sobered down team at the edit table decided would be best left out from the final video.

They took a couple of offensive digs at Salman Khan's sister Arpita Khan which the team didn't want to risk putting out.

Ranveer Singh actually smooched Karan Johar smack on the lips when he entered - this has been replaced with a bee on a flower.

Closer to the end of the show, Ranveer Singh got off stage and went down and kissed Deepika on the lips - this bit got snipped out too.

One of the hosts joked about Karan Johar's love for SRK and Gauri saying "Karan you're so obsessed with Shah Rukh and Gauri that you have their images pasted on your chest like Hanuman. You've got the D-Dcor ad playing inside your shirt."

There were many references to Aditya Chopra, Boney Kapoor and Sridevi which got cut out.

There were a few more jokes on Chetan Bhagat which got left out because NO ONE really cared.

Behind The Scenes Buzz:

Ranveer Singh & Arjun Kapoor both had 2 drinks each AFTER rehearsals and BEFORE the show started. They said that's the ONLY way they could've got through the night!

Arjun Kapoor, Alia Bhatt and Karan Johar went to Ranbir Kapoor & Katrina Kaif's place for dinner after the event, but Ranveer Singh & Deepika had to make other plans, because they weren't invited. Talk about being roasted TWICE on the same night!
