Watched the trailer and read the synopsis of the film on Wikipedia, and honestly speaking, I could totally see it fitting into the mould of Raju Hirani's movies- stories of the supporting characters interwoven into the main storyline and the hero solves the problems of each one using his unique philosophy or quirky ideas, teaching them something in the process.

From whatever little we have seen of PK, it does look like some of the basic idea is similar to K-Pax. PK is rumoured to tackle the issue of god and godmen, perhaps they took the basic idea from K-Pax and then put in the whole god and godmen issue they wanted to tackle as the central issue and wove the story around it.

Anyhow, let's see. It could all be very different too, who knows.
