Exactly the hubby was the junior and wife was the boss. Also the hubby was shown in a agreeable way and did not mind taking orders from his boss who happens to be his wife. So why would not the boss also wife not cook for him when he is working late due to her.

I think therein lies the problem. Feminism does not condone that, or at least whatever I recall from Feminism 101 back in College (I slept thru most of it 😆) Violence should not be condoned and if anyone who uses unreasonable form of violence should bear the consequences, irrespective of the gender. The entire point of feminism is to have women at par with men, NOT to have women stand above men...let's not be advocates of gender discrimination all over again.😆 For example, Rani Mukherjee was shown slapping men in every frame of Mardaani's promos. What's the point? Showing a physically aggressive woman makes her empowering? Beats me, really.

Deepika and the likes of Deepika are feminists when it's to their advantage.

Airtel always has lovely commercials..And they always manage to create great chemistry between the couple..I remember the Madhavan-Vidhya Balan Airtel ads which used to air a couple of years back..They had brilliant chemistry in all the commercials 😆
