Watched FF yesterday, on my birthday.

My take on FindingFanny - Hilarious! Short and simple review (like the movie) from my side. 'Coz if I speak anything more, i may let out spoilers and spoil the fun for you people. 😛

Right from the start to the very end, you will always have a smile on your face. Its an offbeat movie for a mature audience and fresh fun compared to other Bollywood masala films. Its a car journey to find Fredie's love Fanny (Stefanie Fernandes). Though the movie is short, journey gets a bit slow, but there are always some fun elements. Naseer and Dimple as Fredie and Rosy were OUTSTANDING! 🤣 Pankaj had done his part brilliantly of a lecherous painter. :P Deepika and Arjun were good, honest and innocent Angie while arrogant heart-broken Savio fit them perfectly. 😆 The story unfolds in a very humorous way. The climax is sad but at the same time leaves u splitting into laughter. If you wanna watch something apart from the usual BW films, Finding Fanny is your choice. 😃

Go and watch it, like NOW! But yeah, the connection to the characters is a MUST in the film.

From my side: 4/5.
Specialty of the film: The ENTIRE STAR CAST. They were perfect in their roles.

Homi Adajania once again proved what a class-apart director he is!

Finding Fanny and Creature 3D Saturday Collection Update

Finding Fanny has shown good jump in collection on 2nd day (Saturday) from first day. Film is showing good occupancy in multiplexes specially in big cities. In rest of country business of the film is average. Film is registering an occupancy of about 60-65% in Delhi in Afternoon-Evening shows as per latest. In Gurgaon for the same is above 70% which is great. In Mumbai also film is currently doing well with latest occupancy of around 50-55% is reported there. With Night shows still to start and tomorrow being Sunday film should register further growth in business. Overall film 2nd day collection should be higher than

Coming to Creature 3D film has just fallen flat. Film is doing poor business on 2nd day running in multiplexes. Major single screen reports for Saturday is awaited and from what ever sample we have it is not that great. Film is struggling to even compete with its own first day collection forget about the jump. Although there should be jump in business in Night time, but how much have to be seen. Overall 2nd day collection for the film should be below the mark.

Mary Kom is garnering good jump in business on 2nd Saturday as from 2nd Friday. Film did decent business on day 8. But looking at trends film should do better today and tomorrow. As per latest report film is registering decent occupancy in 40-50% region for today. With Night shows still to start expect the occupancy to further rise.

Fantastic moie. Crew is top natch. Naseer is fab and so as Pankaj and Dimple.

Arjun fits the character, some times he looks awkward, but overall its a good job.

DP, wow what a journey it is. From a pretty looking non performer to a great performer. She binds the story and holds all characters together with a stunning performance.

But the hero is Homi. Loved his Being C, this film is a top natch, fun film wtih real humor elements.

Finding Fanny has done reasonably well on its opening day with net box office collections of Rs 4.66 cr. The film opened poorly on Friday morning, but managed to pick up at high end multiplexes in big cities towards the end of the day.

Business in Mysore circuit was good, with cities like Bangalore and Mangalore performing very well on Day 1. Mumbai, Delhi/UP and East Punjab were the other big contributors. The occupancy should have been better in West Bengal, but the Goan flavour of the film probably went against it.

Business on Saturday has picked up at most centres where the film was doing well, so the film could put up better numbers today.

Mumbai - 1.92 cr
Delhi/UP - 0.97 cr
East Punjab - 0.5 cr
Rajasthan - 0.15 cr
C.P Berar - 0.11 cr
C.I - 0.1 cr
Andhra / Nizam - 0.2 cr
Mysore - 0.51 cr
West Bengal - 0.1 cr
Others - 0.1 cr
Total - 4.66 cr
