Hell NO...he was good in Lootera no denying but if one ask me to imagine him in Barfi my reaction, understanding role of BARFI

Yes. But his Barfi would not have had the same charm that Ranbir's had. I love Ranveer, but I think he may have gone a bit OTT. Although if he could have restrained himself like he did in Lootera, I believe he could have done a remarkable job.

After seeing him in Lootera, he can certainly tone down his OTTness when needed. So yes, I think he would have been able to pull it off with the same conviction...
