No one can match Aishwarya when it comes to these period roles. She's really graceful, amazing dancer and heavenly gorgeous. I don't think anyone can match with Aishwarya when it comes to these types of movies.

Noone can surpass Jodhaa, Umrao, even Paro. Deepika can't pull off these roles with grace and Mastani requires a stronger actress. I wish Aish and Salman had done it originally.

Mastani was very fair persian looking princess. I think Deepika has to put so much make up and SLB needs to use so much lighting to light up his Mastani. 😆

When it comes to this type of roles, then nobody can match Aish, I like Deepika but she doesn't have that grace which Aish has.

I like Deepika but absolutely not... she does not possess the natural grace, elegance and poise required for such roles. Aishwariya set the standard too high. We already saw in Ram Leela that she was not a patch on Aish of HDDCS.
