Rekha has always been credited for delivering performance driven characters in Khoon Bhari Maang, Ghar, Khoobsurat, Ijazat and even Umrao Jaan. She was also praised for her performance in Lajja inspite of not being the mainstream actress she was before.

Plus I loved Aisha.

Sonam is not the most talented actor but it's not like she CANNOT act at all ya.. there are times when her voice modulation and dialogue delivery can be cringeworthy but that's not the case in all her movies. I find most people who criticize her to the core, exaggerate a bit too much.

and also, I have to say that I can't imagine anyone else in Aisha or films like Khoobsurat except for her. She just fits perfectly.

Not the only one, hope this film is good for both Sonam and Fawad :) and yeah agree with you *bold part*

What its the remake of Rekha's film Khoobsurat. i didn't knew that 😲

she can't give hit n to match with Rekha's character she would be totally disaster. She can only do latha jhatkas but can't act good 😆

Who are playing Fawad's parents in this film? In original one, parents have more important role than the boy. Ashok Kumar was such an adorable grandpa kind of figure.
