i noticed its them who had maximum dress changes during a song.

is it them who brought this unrealistic change to bollywood.

BW in itself is UNREALISTIC...why blame anyone other than the director and script writers...

Changing 100 dresses is a small thing ...the bigger question is...How do they go from Dharavi to the Swiss Alps to sing a song?😆

blue ice...i noticed during hema malini and rekha days, not too much costume change, but its sridevi and mads...most of their songs have at least 3 dress change.

i heard boney kapoor went bankrupt cos sri was not happy with some of her dresses in roop ki rani choron ka raja. and i also heard mads tried to have many dresses in a song to get an upper hand on sri.

I guess HELEN started this trend with her cabaret songs where she changed costumes 3-4 times, later it came a popular trend and the heroines too started doing the same in their songs.

So it started around late 60s, way way before Sr/Madz even joined Bollywood.
