Rits08 is right. The Indus Valley civilisation, Sapt Sindhu and much of Mauryan empire under Ashoka did include Afghanistan, particularly eastern Afghanistan region. History is out there to check, though now, with passage of time such matters are hotly debated and contested by natives of other countries (apart from India).

The Lodi dynasty of Delhi Sultanate was of Afghan origin too and they had impact on Indian culture.

Saying Afghans have no link with "culture of Indian subcontinent" is untrue.

Pathans have played significant role in Indian freedom struggle. SRK's father was also a freedom fighter.

SRK is Indian. He might look of any descent. its unimportant. What matters is that he is Indian, belongs to India and is proud to be an Indian. One of us.😊

So what should we do about all the Pakistanis who look like Indians because till less than a century ago, you were a part of our nation? But now you're not. So lets not make derigatory comments about who looks like whom and whose origin is what. IMO it goes right back to Mr. Charles Darwin. 😃
