everyone knows both madhuri n kareena have really poor sense of script, throughout their entire careers (its evident from the films they had done, and films they rejected officially) they have just a handful of films that could somewhat do justice to their talent as compared with the other actresses who got much variable roles, amazing scripts and wonderful movies like vidya tabu sridevi urmila etc..

but even with the inferior movies with bad to okish scripts, both kareena n madz r top of the top in their careers, and no one can match their popularity in their respective times of career.

just imagine if they had a great sense of script, and had done many amazing movies with splendid roles n fabulous scripts, how different or even more amazing their filmography n level of popularity would have been..

any thoughts ...

Madhuri had a great script sense. Her script sense was much much better than juhi, manisha, tabu ect.

She did some amazing movies, hum aapke hai kaun, dil toh pagal hai, beta, Anjaam, saajan, she was very smart with her movies. Of course she could had done a lot better but still she did some great movies and excelled in those.

It's Kareena who is a brilliant actress but still rejected so many good offers. I wish she did at least 3 movies among the ones she rejected, she's a natural performer, she could had done a lot better but instead she give her movies to other actresses. Uff bebo lol. But I hope now she chose some amazing movies and bounce back

Kareena stopped caring about her career long ago. It seems she has lost her passion for cinema and acting. Sad but true.

Atleast Madhuri is still trying to work hard and is attempting to land different roles.

Yes compare to bebo, madz script sense was much better, sridevi chose good flims but madz chose better movies than her. She has iconic movies to her credit and not many actresses had that in her time, it's only madz kajol karishma from 90s who have iconic movies to their credit. So madz script sense was good. Yeah she rejected some movies and made some bad choices but overall her career choices were impressive.

She's a natural actress. I hope she makes a come back with a bang.

But bebo needs to chose some great movies. I feel she has a lot of potential and I hope with shuddhi ect she will bounce back

It's not their script sense so to speak, both wanted hits, wanted to be at the top. Especially Kareena, she wanted to become a star, not an actress. This is the reason their oeuvres are so weak.

And Kareena was never the most popular. She always was second or third to someone.

She was top for four years. 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010. Box office ranked her number 1 in these four years and in 2011, she had biggest blockbuster to her credit bodyguard and raone which was a hit.

I was talking about popularity. Not box office.
